Here at Sunshine Hippo HQ we’ve been busy dreaming about and drooling over all things summer.

What better way to make it through the dull winter months, rainy days and early nights than working towards a sunnier, more carefree time?

Experimenting with these new designs gave us sunshine filled thoughts.

It’s never too early, right?

Inspiration came easily whilst creating this range. Books and ice cream – two of our favourite things and in our opinion a winning combination.

We feel that a love of ice cream like a love of books follows you through life wherever you go.

In Botswana, it was peanut butter ice cream and ice lollies with little plastic figures in them. Zimbabwe, good old chocolate ice cream with lashings of chocolate sauce, cream and nuts came out on top. For U.K., well a huge “Mr Whippy” with a flake from the ice cream van was the best, complete with a dog (George) who could tell the different ice cream van tunes.

Finally, in Spain it is dulce de leche… yummy!

Lazy summer days curling up with a good book or enjoying a walk in the sunshine with someone you love. A taste of things to come.

With this in mind, we are proud to introduce the Delicious Summer Collection.

Lovingly designed using our own hand drawn template these ice creams are bright and flavourful with quality ingredients used in their production.

There are 3 to choose from and we hope that they add a touch of summer to your book!

There are 4 fabulous flavours to tempt you; lemon, lime, orange and raspberry, created with every palate in mind. So if you fancy a taste of summer all year round, then snap one up quickly!

This collection is currently limited edition but more flavours may be created upon request. Keep happy and don’t forget to eat ice cream.
