If for any reason you are not, then we are able to offer you either an exchange or a full refund including the initial shipping costs.

SHIPPING

Your order will come gift wrapped as standard. If you do not want this option then please contact me and tell me.

If you live in the UK your order will be shipped with Easy Post first class Royal Mail. No other charges to pay.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if this email is not visible in your inbox.

If you purchased tracked shipping then I will email you the tracking number.

You are responsible for any customs charges/taxes in your country associated with your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change your order or change your address on the order. Please make sure that you carefully check any important details. Sunshine Hippo is not responsible for any incorrect information supplied by you, the customer.

Sunshine Hippo is not responsible for any delays once the item has been shipped.

Canada/USA – 10 business days

Aus/NZ/Oceania – 14 business days

South Africa – 10 business days

UK – 7 business days

RETURNS

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery, stating that you want to return the item(s) and the reason.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Please ensure that the item is properly packaged for the return journey.

Please keep proof of  return shipping.

If the item is not returned in the original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value due to damage.

You are responsible for any charges incurred at customs by Sunshine Hippo.

You cannot return any custom orders.
